BLACK Women, are you ready? a "Call To Action" Community Building. Join The Movement.
Greetings Beautiful Family,
“A movement, a sanctuary, a celebration—by us, for us, for the world to witness.”
My name is Tena DuBerry, aka “Queen,” and I am the proud founder and visionary behind The BLACK Women in MUSIC Festival (The BWIMF), The BLACKWomeninMUSICFestival.com, The BWIMF.com.
I created this movement out of love, necessity, and a deep belief in the power of the BLACK community—especially BLACK women’s voices, stories, and creativity. The BWIMF is more than a festival—it’s a homecoming, a sanctuary, and a movement. Born from the soul of our music, the strength of our community, and the dreams of our ancestors, The BWIMF is a space where we celebrate, heal, and uplift each other—together.
Why The BWIMF?
Because our stories matter. Our music matters. Our wellness, our businesses, our families, our futures—they all matter. The BWIMF is a place where every note, every story, and every connection is honored.
What makes us unique?
We are a living, breathing community—rooted in love, resilience, and the amazing legacy of BLACK women’s leadership. From our 24/7/365 Broadcast Radio Station(s), to our Wellness Retreats, to our E-Comm & Fashions marketplace, to our Business Solutions and Co-op Communities—The BWIMF is here to empower, connect, and inspire.
Our Daily & Weekly Themes:
Every day during The BLACK IS BEAUTIFUL WEEK (TheBIBW.com), we celebrate a different theme and color—honoring our past, present, and future:
